One case she’s particularly proud of involves the maternal grandparents who wanted to have access to their grandson because the father was abusive. With Daria’s help, the maternal grandparents were able to secure access to their grandson and block access to the father. “I wasn’t representing the child, but I was acting in the best interests of the child,” she says.
Educational Background
Daria Nikitina is originally from Russia. She moved to Florida in 2011 but fell in love with the Northeast when she attended Vermont Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor.
She completed an internship in the D.C. area and has served as a Staff Attorney for Maryland Legal Aid, as well as working with prominent law firms throughout Maryland. She’s proud to be considered a top-rated family law attorney in the state of Maryland. Daria is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
When not advocating for her clients, Daria spends her time with her 11-year-old daughter and their toy poodle. Her love of animals has led her to become a vegan and volunteer for the Humane Society of the United States. She also coaches soccer and is the head coach of her daughter’s running team.
