Carolyn received her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Maryland. In 2018, she was also admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals. She has also earned both a Mediation Training Certificate and a Guardianship Mediation Advanced Training Certificate. Before entering private practice, she worked for over a decade with a judge on the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, where she gained insight into how judges process cases and evaluate legal arguments. This experience gives Carolyn a unique perspective in court, allowing her to anticipate potential issues and prepare effective strategies for her clients.
Carolyn is deeply rooted in the Baltimore community, where she was born and raised. Outside of her legal career, Carolyn is an avid cyclist with a goal of completing a 100-mile ride. She is also a musician, playing guitar and singing in her shoegaze band, Talking to Shadows, and she regularly performs in venues around Maryland.
